Floridians without employer coverage can choose from ACA Marketplace plans (often with subsidies), private plans bought directly from carriers like Florida Blue or Ambetter, short-term health insurance, health care sharing programs, and COBRA if you recently left a job. A licensed agent can compare all of them against your budget, your doctors and your prescriptions.
It depends on age, county, plan type and tobacco use. In Collier County, for example, benchmark Silver plans run roughly $450 to $850 a month before subsidies. Many people qualify for premium tax credits that bring that down significantly. Bronze plans cost less each month; Gold and Platinum cost more but cover more.

You pay the same premium either way. Carriers pay agents, so our help is free to you. The difference is that we compare Marketplace plans alongside private and short-term options, verify your doctors and medications, calculate your subsidy, and stay with you after enrollment for claims, billing and renewals.
