For 2026, three insurers sell Marketplace plans: Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, AmeriHealth Caritas and Ambetter Health of Delaware, after Aetna left at the end of 2025. Ambetter is leaving at the end of 2026, so 2027 options will come from Highmark and AmeriHealth Caritas.
